Mushroom and Thyme Soup finished with creme fraiche
Seared chicken breast with a lemon and tarragon cream sauce. Served with rosemary parmentier potatoes and mangetout
Boeuf Bourguignon served with truffle mash and mangetout.

Cream of leek and potato soup with soda bread crouton
Guiness and steak pie served with traditional colcannon and honey glazed carrots
White and Dark chocolate cheesecake served with Jamesons cream
